We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and their families.
We sincerely pray for everyone’s safety and the earliest possible recovery of the disaster-stricken areas.
I’m sure some of you have seen the news reports about relief efforts.
Our brewery has also provided support and assistance to the breweries affected by the disaster, albeit in a small way.
At the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake, we received a lot of help from many people, including brewers and dealers across the country, and were able to continue operating our brewery.
We are also happy to assist in the hopes that we can protect the sake that was carefully brewed and contribute to the recovery.
Regarding the restoration assistance, the sake brewing is still being done by Kazuma Sake Brewery in Noto, Ishikawa Prefecture.
After bottling it at our company, we return it all to Kazuma Sake Brewery.
We would be very happy if these efforts help Kazuma Sake Brewery and Noto’s recovery in some small way.
For sake produced in this fashion, the “manufacturer” on the label indicates Niizawa Brewery.
However, we do not sell any of these products, and all products are handled by Kazuma Sake Brewery.
