“Atagonomatsu Junmai Daiginjo Hakutsurunishiki” is a seasonal sake made with “Hakutsurunishiki” rice.
This year as in previous years, this sake is now available to be delivered.
“Hakutsurunishiki” is a combination of “Yamadaho” and “Wataribune No.2” rice.
This is a rice suitable for sake brewing produced by Hakutsuru Sake Brewery.
In addition to Hakutsuru Sake Brewery, a total of 11 breweries, including Juyondai, Jikon, and Zaku, Ame no Tsuki, Toyo Bijin, AbeKan, and others have continued to refine our brewing techniques.
We are dedicated to constantly improving the flavor with regular tasting sessions where we judge the taste of the sake.
At our brewery, our first impression of “Hakutsurunishiki” was a feeling similar to a white canvas with light brushstrokes on it.
It has a beautiful taste, and the flavor develops very slowly after opening the bottle.
For example, this is a sake that is suitable for restaurants and those who want to enjoy their drinks slowly over a period of time.
It feels like a lotus flower slowly blooming.
The elegant aroma reminiscent of melon rises softly and sweetly.
The texture is smooth, and the taste of fresh pine wraps around your tongue.
It fills you with a sense of happiness.
The result is a dignified yet beautiful and delicate finish.
This version of the “ultimate food sake” with an outstanding sharp taste is a perfect pair with rock oysters and conger eel, which are in season in the summer.
It also goes great with summer vegetables.
