The “National Warm Sake Contest” aims to spread the word about “warm and delicious sake.”
This event is held with the aim of promoting the unique charm of Japanese sake which is served “warm”.
Our products are made under the principle of “the ultimate sake to go with meals,”
and our sake is generally best enjoyed cold.
Still, we are very honored to have been praised as “delicious even when hot.”
All the brewers are delighted and surprised by this unexpected praise.
Furthermore, this contest is judged at 45 degrees and 55 degrees.
We also secretly recommend raising the temperature to over 80 degrees when warming it up, so please give this a try as well.
