We are pleased to announce that we have once again been certified
as a “Youth Empowerment Certified Company” this year.
In line with the objectives of the Youth Empowerment Certification system,
we have focused on hiring, training, and managing young employees
while striving to create a work environment that supports their success.
Moving forward, we will continue to enhance our working conditions
and make ongoing efforts as a company to maintain our certification as a Youth Empowerment Certified Company.
This is a system in which the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare certifies
small and medium-sized enterprises that are proactive in hiring and training young people
and have excellent management of young people’s employment.
