In 2024, we achieved first place for the third consecutive year in the World Sakagura Ranking. We also improved the quality of our products while receiving numerous awards at international competitions.
This success is entirely thanks to your continued support and encouragement, and we are deeply grateful.
In 2025, we plan to further enhance quality through the addition of a new steaming pot that allows for separate steaming of koji and kakemai, improvements to the steamed rice cooling machine, renovations of the koji room, and introducing of sub-zero temperature-controlled refrigerator
We will continue to prioritize every step until our sake reaches the hands of our customers, striving to craft the “ultimate sake to pair with food.”
