Developed by Hakutsuru Sake Brewery, Hakutsurunishiki is a sake rice variety created by crossing Yamada Ho and Wataribune No. 2.
We continue to refine our brewing techniques to bring out the best expression of this exceptional rice.

A highly anticipated release each year, this sake offers a gentle yet refreshing aroma, with hints of juicy pineapple wrapped in elegant depth.
Delicate sweetness and bright acidity layer beautifully across the palate, fading gracefully with a fleeting, elegant finish.
