We are honored to announce that our brewery has been awarded the “Sake Brewer of the Year” at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) 2025 Awards Dinner in London, UK.
The “Sake Brewer of the Year” award is presented to the brewery whose numerous sake entries in the IWC’s Sake Division have all received high evaluations consistently. It represents an overall excellence in the sake brewing industry.
This year’s award marks the achievement for the fourth consecutive year, following our wins in 2022, 2023, and 2024. These accolades would have not been possible without the unwavering support from everyone and we would like to express our sincere gratitude.
Our entire brewing team (kurabito) will continue to pursue the creation of “the ultimate food sake”, striving for even greater quality and innovation. We sincerely appreciate for your continued encouragement and support.
