From brewing that year’s new rice, this 「Atagonomatsu Junmai Ginjo Sasara Origarami Nama-zake」 is a limited-edition sake available only for a short time.
As an origarami nama-zake (a fresh, unpasteurized sake), the umami is captured from the fresh juiciness of just-pressed sake and the gentle richness brought by the Ori, the delicate white sediment.
This year’s batch is beautifully balanced with an aroma reminiscent of green apples and fresh acidity.
On the palate, it offers a lively and youthful flavor that pairs wonderfully with a wide variety of dishes as the “Ultimate Food Sake”.
Experience the refreshing crispness and seasonal charm unique to the newly harvested rice sake alongside the flavors of autumn.
This is a special cup available only once a year during this season.
※ Origarami Nama-zake is an unpasteurized “nigori” (lightly cloudy) sake. It especially offers a fresh and lively taste. To enjoy it at its best, please keep refrigerated and consume within three months of the production date.
