Its vibrant pink, reminiscent of magnificent full bloom cherry blossoms, is the result of our brewers’ fine craftsmanship using red yeast.

※ No “red yeast rice” or “raw materials derived from red yeast rice” are used in this product.

【Handling Precautions】

■ Unpasteurized nigori sake, such as Harukoi, may continue to ferment in the bottle. Please be careful when opening the bottle as this secondary fermentation can release carbon dioxide.

■ The gas vent on the top of the cap may become blocked by the nigori sake or bubbles, which can cause pressure to buildup in the bottle. To prevent carbon dioxide from suddenly releasing, poke a hole in the top of the cap to allow carbon dioxide to escape from the vent.

■ When transporting or storing, please keep the bottle upright and keep refrigerated.
