Atagonomatsu Daiginjo Shuppinshu This limited seasonal sake was released on June 8th. Of the sakes in our collection, this one is especially unique, as we purposefully draw out the deep aromas and sweetness of the rice when we brew this Daiginjo. This sake is brewed in contrast with our “ultimate food sake” philosophy. This year’s brew features a fresh white peach aroma with elegant tasting notes of lychee and pineapple. The finish is clean and features a sophisticated sweet aftertaste which ties the drinking experience together on its own. We hope you all enjoy this year’s Shuppinshu.
