It will be available in limited quantities from June 11, 2024 (Tuesday).
We have purposely designed this product with a different concept from the “ultimate food sake” that we always advocate at our brewery.
This is the only Daiginjo sake among our products that is brewed to bring out its aroma and sweetness.
The aroma is reminiscent of a fresh white peach, and the elegant taste reminiscent of ripe lychee and pineapple fills your mouth.
The finish fades away with a clear, high-quality sweetness.
Please enjoy the fragrant “Atagonomatsu Daiginjo Shuppinshu”, which is different from the usual “Atagonomatsu” and “Hakurakusei”.
