this special expression of Atagonomatsu Daiginjo is now available in limited quantities.

Unlike our signature style of “ultimate food-paring sake,” this Daiginjo has been intentionally brewed to express elegant aroma and sweetness.
It is a sake designed with a completely different concept in mind.

On the nose, it evokes the fresh aroma of white peach, while the palate is graced with luscious notes of ripe lychee and pineapple.
The finish is clean and graceful, leaving a refined sweetness that gently fades away.

This is not your usual Atagonomatsu or Hakurakusei.
It’s a fragrant, competition-style Daiginjo—brewed to offer a different kind of experience.
