We are pleased to announce that Niizawa Sake Brewery Co., Ltd have been officially certified under Miyagi Prefecture’s “Companies Promoting Women Empowerment”.
The “Companies Promoting Women Empowerment” certification program is granted by the Prefectural Governor of Miyagi Prefecture to organizations that meet established standards regarding the promotion and active placement of women, as well as support for balancing their work and family lives.
Our brewery is proud to have many female kurabito (brewery workers), who serves leading roles across all departments and contribute significantly to our operations.
We believe that creating and maintaining a supportive working environment for women ultimately leads to a workplace where all employees, regardless of gender, can thrive.
