We are deeply honored to announce that Niizawa Sake Brewery has been named “Sake Brewer of the Year” at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) 2026 Awards Ceremony, held in London.
The “Sake Brewer of the Year” award is presented to the brewery that receives the highest overall recognition among breweries that submit multiple sake entries to the IWC 2026 Sake category. It is one of the most prestigious awards in the competition.
Following our wins in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, this marks our fifth consecutive year receiving this prestigious award.
We are truly honored and deeply grateful to have received such a distinguished recognition for five consecutive years.
This achievement would not have been possible without the support of everyone who enjoys our sake, as well as the many people who continue to support us. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you.
