Hakurakusei
Junmai Ginjo
Hiyaoroshi
This sake combines hints of banana with a refreshing citrusy acidity to marry soft and sharp.
The sake has aged one summer in ice-cold storage at -5℃.
Although it has been aged, it retains the freshness and liveliness of a Hakurakusei.
The flat polished rice enhances the overall clarity of the sake.
Hiyaoroshi: A sake brewed in winter which is aged over the summer months. The summer of aging mellows and softens the sake’s flavors.
