This umeshu is brewed with “Fujigoro” and “Shirakaga” ume (Japanese plum) that are carefully grown at the “Kishinamien” orchard in Kakuda City, Miyagi Prefecture.
By steeping 1.5 times the usual amount of plums, the plum flavor is richly infused into this full-bodied sake.
The freshness and richness of the green plums is pronounced and fills one’s palate.
Enjoy the refreshing taste of green ume on the rocks or mixed with soda.
