This sake-based liqueur is made from 100% fresh raw milk produced at Zao Kogen, a nutrient rich plateau at the base of a volcano.
It has a rich yogurt flavor that is smooth, creamy, and very easy to drink.

To preserve the soft and smooth flavor, this liqueur is unpasteurized.
Please keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C) and consume in a timely manner after opening even if it is before the expiration date (3 months from the bottling date printed on the bottle).
Avoid shaking the bottle when opening. Open slowly to release trapped carbon dioxide gas. Please keep refrigerated after opening.
