This umeshu is brewed with “Fujigoro” and “Shirakaga” ume (Japanese plum) that are carefully grown at the “Kishinamien” orchard in Kakuda City, Miyagi Prefecture.
The brightness of the plums is well infused into the sake, which has the subtle aroma of brown sugar and a smooth, mellow taste.
Enjoy the balance between the tart plums and the rich brown sugar on the rocks or mixed with soda water.
