This umeshu is brewed with “Fujigoro” and “Shirakaga” ume (Japanese plum) that are carefully grown at the “Kishinamien” orchard in Kakuda City, Miyagi Prefecture.
By steeping 1.5 times the usual amount of plums, the plum flavor is richly infused into this full-bodied sake.
