Atago no Matsu
Utra Secondary In-Bottle Fermentation Sake
Atago no Matsu Sparkling Sake – In-Bottle Secondary Fermentation
This sparkling sake allows you to fully appreciate the authentic flavor of sake, complemented by the refreshing sensation of fine yet lively bubbles produced through secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Its gentle sweetness and crisp acidity come together in perfect harmony with the delicate yet vibrant effervescence.
Serve chilled and enjoy in a champagne glass or similar thin-rimmed glassware.
As a brewery dedicated to crafting the “ultimate food-pairing sake,” we created this sake to share the unique appeal of in-bottle secondary fermentation with the world.
– Caution –
Shaking the bottle may cause the sake to spray out when opened. Do not shake the bottle. When opening, carefully tighten and loosen the cap repeatedly to gradually release the built-up gas pressure before fully removing the cap.
