Hakurakusei
Junmai Daiginjo
Sekka
Only available during the winter season, this Junmai Daiginjo is brewed in the “origarami” style.
The elegant aroma and gentle flavor hints of green Muscat grapes and Asian pears, which spreads throughout one’s palate in a flurry, and then finishes cleanly and crisply.
Enjoy the fleeting essence of this sake. Like a beautiful snowflake, it appears and disappears in the blink of an eye.
Origarami Namazake: An unpasteurized “nigori” (lightly cloudy) sake. It is fresher than its pasteurized and filtered counterpart. Please keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months of the bottling date on the label.
