Brewed with newly harvested rice, this is the first Hakurakusei sake brewed each year. It is an “origarami” sake.
As this is the first brew, we take special care to analyze and adjust this sake to ensure that each year it becomes more refreshing and elegant.
We kept the concept of the “ultimate food sake” top of mind and created a sake centered around the subtle sweetness of the rice with a lighter flavor and understated aroma.
Origarami Namazake: An unpasteurized “nigori” (lightly cloudy) sake. It is fresher than its pasteurized and filtered counterpart. Please keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months of the bottling date on the label.
