When creating this product, we wanted to preserve the essence of the rice core, which is so important to our sake, sparkling or not. So, we actively chose to kept the residual sugar relatively low.
The fine bubbles create a pleasant and refreshing sensation, and it can be enjoyed not only as an aperitif but paired with a meal as well.
Please serve chilled in a champagne glass or other thin-rimmed glassware.
-Caution-
Do not shake the bottle when opening. Tighten and loosen the cap repeatedly to carefully release the built up gas pressure.
