Honjozo
The local community has enjoyed this honjozo for 150 years, as the sake dates back to the brewery’s establishment.
Although a honjozo, we store this sake in the same environment as our Junmai sakes at -5℃.
This adaptable sake, with an excellent sharpness can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or warmed.
When heating, we recommend heating the sake to about 70℃.
