This umeshu is brewed with carefully hand-picked “Shirakaga” ume (Japanese plum) grown at the Sato Farm in Iwadeyama, Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.
A crisp acidity and aroma stands out against a moderate sweetness allowing the true flavor of the Japanese plums to shine.
As the plum flavor is pronounced, it can be enjoyed on the rocks or mixed with soda without compromising its flavor.
