This umeshu is brewed with carefully hand-picked “Shirakaga” ume (Japanese plum) grown at the Sato Farm in Iwadeyama, Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.
This umeshu achieves the perfect balance between the subtle aroma of brown sugar and its gentle sweetness.
As we only produce this umeshu in small quantities, it can be a rare find.
Please enjoy it on the rocks or mixed with soda.
