Hakurakusei
Junmai Ginjo
Omachi
The fresh brightness of pineapple is juxtaposed with an acute acidity to create a well balanced finish.
Although genshus, like Omachi, are thought to be heavier, this sake stays true to the Hakurakusei brand and is a refreshing sake.
Omachi is the only genshu the brewery produces and it is only released once per year.
