As this particular sake is brewed specifically for a competition, it is brewed with a different concept from our other sakes brewed in the spirit of the “ultimate food sake”.
Because of its highly aromatic nature, both the aroma and taste are prone to change after opening the bottle.
Please keep refrigerated and consume in a timely maner.
