Atagonomatsu
Junmai Ginjo
Sasara Origarami
Brewed with newly harvested rice, this is the first brew of the season.
A very fresh sake that tastes of green apple which makes way for a clean, pleasant, and slightly acidic finish.
This origarami has a youthful and vigorous flavor that is typical of namazake brewed rice from the new harvest.
Origarami Namazake: An unpasteurized “nigori” (lightly cloudy) sake. It is fresher than its pasteurized and filtered counterpart. Please keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months of the bottling date on the label.
