This product was launched as part of a project by one of our long-time distributors in Tokyo, Ajinomachiidaya, who created the “Summer Sake Boom” in 2006.
In the first year 17 breweries participated in this project and took part in a contest to pick the best of the bunch. This sake has a history of being selected above its peers.
